“I started working with David at a time when I was feeling ‘trapped’. I hadn’t booked any work in months and was going through a rough bout of depression. I felt like David immediately understood me and designed a plan that worked incredibly well for me. My coaching was customized perfectly to fit my needs, and the goal setting and ‘homework’ he gave me was explorative and eye-opening. In the last four weeks of our coaching cycle together, I booked 4 jobs, not to mention feeling so much more free and liberated and excited about life again.
I have said this to my friends about my work with him and will say it again to anyone even remotely interested and considering life coaching... Best money I’ve ever spent. Total game changer for me.

How life coaching and mindfulness will support you.
Most people come to coaching at a crossroads.
Something important has changed... or needs to.
Sometimes it is good news... a new role, relationship, or achievement that unexpectedly feels overwhelming.
Sometimes it is harder... loss, transition, or burnout.
Even positive change can unsettle your sense of who you are and what matters.
Other times, it is less about change itself and more about a pattern that will not loosen.
You keep trying to move forward, but the same obstacle keeps returning.
Not always because you do not know what to do.
Sometimes something deeper keeps pulling you back. And that is often the moment when people realize they cannot untangle it alone.
They need someone to talk to who is not their partner, not their friend, not their colleague. Someone with no stake in what they decide. A space where they can say the actual thing and think out loud without managing anyone else’s feelings in the room.
And sometimes, you know you want to create something new... a business, a project, a way of living... but the leap feels too large, and you cannot yet see how to begin.
Whatever brings you here, coaching offers a place to pause, see clearly, and move with intention.
My approach also draws on mindfulness... not as something separate from life, but as a way of paying closer attention to what is happening, what matters, and what is being asked now. A way of meeting change with more awareness, steadiness, and courage.
How we work together
Many people begin with a Test Drive... three conversations over three weeks. It is a simple way to experience the work and see whether it feels like a good fit.
If it does, most people continue for three, six, or twelve months. Within that commitment, you can have as many sessions as you need.
Sessions take place by phone or Zoom.
I have designed the work around human beings, not calendars. Some weeks ask more of you than others. The work needs enough room to hold that.
The work is personal, responsive, and shaped around what is most alive for you. Many clients tell me the conversations become something they genuinely look forward to... a place where they can think clearly, speak honestly, be met with real curiosity, and give proper space to the questions and aspirations that usually get pushed aside.
Investment varies depending on the length of the work, and we can talk through what makes sense in the first conversation.
If the questions you are facing have more to do with midlife, you can read more here.
My commitment
Confidentiality.
Honesty.
Deep listening.
A willingness to tell the truth... and help you find yours.
Ready to begin
If something in your life is asking for a clearer look, start with a conversation.
“David has the rare ability to create a completely safe space. I am deeply grateful that our paths crossed at the perfect time. In only 3 sessions, together we were able to zero in on my soul purpose.
I am now deep into a new project that is filling me with joy and passion. David has a profound gift. I can’t recommend him highly enough!”
