Why can’t I follow through on what I know I should do?

It’s rarely a knowledge problem.

Most people already know what they should do.

The issue is what happens in the moment before action.

Attention shifts from doing into checking.

Will this work. Am I doing it right. Should I change it first.

That split breaks movement.

The action stays clear but doesn’t happen.

The mechanism is attention turning into self-monitoring right before action.

Try noticing one moment today where you pause before something simple.

If this feels familiar, you can get in touch.
