At Nectara, we believe every day is a ceremony. Mindfulness will help you to live your way to understanding this concept. it can’t be explained. It must be experienced.

3. The practice of mindfulness does not aim to achieve a goal. I’ll let that sink in for a moment.
When we make mindfulness a goal, we move out of the moment. A gap between what we’re experiencing now and what we would like to happen. This leads to tension—we might judge our experience and say… “this doesn’t work” or “I’m not good at this” if we don’t get instant results.
With an intention, there is no required result—we are just connecting to what we decide to practice.
“I’m just going to practice, and see what happens. Well, this is interesting, I wonder what’s going to happen now?”
Intentions are found and re-found in the present, so just by making one, you have already succeeded. Well done, you! An intention cannot fail, because it happens right now. Therefore we invite curiosity and a sense of experimentation:
Just practice and do your best. That is enough.
